1999–2006 Chevy 1/2-Ton 3 Link Kit
A rear three-link suspension kit for 1999–2006 Chevy half-ton pickups. The wishbone clears the factory fuel tank, and the lower links mount in the front factory leaf spring hangers. Select the cab style, suspension configuration, and notch option for your truck. Welding is required.
The wishbone is built from 1.5-inch DOM tubing with a .188-inch wall; the lower links use 2 x 2-inch square tubing with a 1/4-inch wall. Core components include axle tabs, flat tabs, seven 3-inch-wide polyurethane bushings, and hardware. Bag brackets and step notches depend on the selected configuration; the optional step notches accommodate a tire up to 34 inches tall.
Production and delivery: Made-to-order or handling time is confirmed for the selected configuration before fulfillment. Transit follows production.
