Every model starts with measurements, scan data and the part’s real job. We clean the data, establish critical datums, model mounting features, check clearances and travel, then produce the drawings or files needed for machining, fabrication and installation.

3D scanning and dimensional data capture support reverse engineering from parts, bodies and chassis.

MODELING & FITMENT STUDIES
Datum-based CAD modeling and fitment validation cover chassis, bracket and component design, plus suspension travel, steering and tire-envelope studies.

MANUFACTURING & DOCUMENTATION
Manufacturable drawings, cut files and models are supported by technical assembly documentation and revision control.
