Free shipping to the U.S. & Canada for store product orders. Standard preparation and handling generally take 0–5 business days, followed by typically about 5 business days of carrier transit, for an estimated total delivery time of 5–10 business days.
Product-specific production times take priority. The standard estimate does not apply to products with a longer stated production period or timing that must be confirmed before purchase. Contact us before ordering those products. Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Pickup is available only when confirmed in writing before purchase.
Returns & cancellations: Most products are custom-built, made to order or sourced for your selected vehicle and options. Unless a written quote states otherwise, orders cannot be canceled or returned for change of mind, incorrect measurements, incorrect vehicle information or customer-selected options after payment and order placement. Review the Return, Cancellation & Fulfillment Policy at checkout.
Damaged or incorrect item? Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not install, modify, weld, paint or powder coat the item before contacting us. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by the written quote and applicable law.
